Overview

We only ask for and store the minimal personal information we need in order to provide an excellent service. This includes your email address, name, and location.

We take your privacy and security very seriously. We will never pass any of your details on to third parties for any purpose, except when we are required to by law enforcement agencies.

Mantra Host does not store credit card information. We use third-party payment processors who provide us with a token. If you remove a card from your account, we remove the card from the third-party provider and destroy any records of the token.

What Personal Information We Collect and Why We Collect It

1. Registration & Account Information

  • Registration Information: Information you provide when filling up the registration form.
  • Account Login Information: Login details, email address, phone number, and order credentials.
  • Product & Service Information: Details regarding the products/services subscribed to by the customer for support or legal purposes.

2. Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

3. Support Tickets & Live Chat

All information posted on our support ticket system or live chat system—along with any uploaded screenshots—is collected to assist you with sales and technical issues.

4. Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

5. Cookies

  • Comments Cookies: If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when leaving another comment. These cookies last for one year.
  • Login & Session Cookies:

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
  • Hosting Data & Logs: Active customer records are retained for the duration of your service agreement and as required for administrative or legal auditing.
